Each individual user is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the ji7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji7 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ji7 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must notify ji7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. ji7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

ji7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification requirements may be triggered by account activity thresholds or at ji7's discretion at any time.

All financial transactions on the ji7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ji7 supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet as payment methods. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your ji7 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. ji7 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for verifying applicable fees with your payment provider before transacting.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with ji7's anti-money laundering policies. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods that you own and that have been used to deposit funds into your ji7 account. Funds deposited into your ji7 wallet must originate from legitimate sources. The use of ji7 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities, including but not limited to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

ji7 Casino offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses at ji7 include:

• Bonuses are issued to verified accounts only;
• Each bonus may be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, and payment method;

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any such exploits must be reported to ji7 support immediately;
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the ji7 platform;
• Attempting to circumvent any security or identity verification measures implemented by ji7;
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to access your account;
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the ji7 platform or negatively impacts other users.

All content on the ji7 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, design elements, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of ji7 Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the ji7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ji7 platform without prior written consent from ji7.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji7 Casino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ji7 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

ji7 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. ji7 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

ji7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, ji7 will return any undisputed funds remaining in the player's wallet to a verified payment method owned by the player, after deducting any amounts owed to ji7 and subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

ji7 Casino is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling may become problematic. ji7 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all verified players from their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ji7 through our customer support process. ji7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and equitably. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal support channels, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
